Trainerz'R'Us was founded in 2009 by a team of two passionate trainers whose ultimate goal is to create magic for their customers and their participants. Each of our directors has their own unique competencies and strengths which they bring to the workshops they conduct.
Our focus on customer delight, making every training interaction magical and on meeting and exceeding customer expectations are some of the things that make us unique in today’s market.
We at Trainerz’R’Us understand that your organization strives very hard to achieve its organizational objectives, through the passion, talent and knowledge of its employees. We also understand that an organization’s employees are its most important asset and your best weapon against the competition.
We know that there is sometimes a performance gap between an employees’ actual performance and the performance levels expected from them in the organization.
